Room Construction Standards

Technology controls and laptop interface must be installed at front of room, off to the side (not center). Whiteboards must have minimum 4' of continuous writing space, while projection display is being used.

Rooms must contain a combination of LCD projectors and/or lighting controls that allow visitors to take notes and view presentation material at the same time. Room must have the ability to be darkened for projected material or movies. Entry and exit doors sould be at the rear of the room, while boards and project screen should be at front of room. Room lighting should be sectioned in zones for overall room dimming, as well as turning off light affecting projection screen.
